Returns and refunds
Electrical goods carry real safety consequences, so what can and cannot come back is set out plainly.
Needs sign-off before launch. This describes how the shop intends to operate. It has not been reviewed by anyone qualified to approve it, and it is not legal advice. Confirm the registered business name, GSTIN, and wording first.
Return window
You can ask for a return until the end of the 7th day after delivery (Indian time), for goods that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
What cannot be returned
- Anything that has been installed, wired in, or energised — once a device has carried current we cannot resell it as new.
- Items cut or made to a length or specification you asked for.
- Goods damaged by incorrect installation, overloading, water ingress, or a power surge.
- Items returned without their packaging, or with parts missing.
Wrong item or damaged on arrival
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Past 48 hours we can no longer treat it as damaged or wrong in transit, though you can still ask for an ordinary return within the 7 days above. There is no restocking charge and no argument about it.
Manufacturer warranty
Anchor by Panasonic and other brands we stock carry their own warranty. A warranty claim runs through the manufacturer's process, not this returns policy, and we will help you raise it. Keep the invoice, since it is the proof of purchase date.
Ask for a return online
Sign in, open Account, then Orders, choose the order and select Request return. Pick the items and quantities, tell us why, and add a photo if something is damaged. The shop reviews every request; you can follow it on the same page, or with your order number on the Track order page.
Need a hand? Ask the shop
If you cannot sign in, or would rather talk it through, the shop can open the request for you by phone or WhatsApp. Have your order number ready. Do not send anything back before we confirm — an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to an order.
How the goods come back
When we accept a return we tell you how: either you send the goods to the shop, with the address given to you, or we arrange to collect them. We decide this for each return and write it on your order page.
Who pays for return shipping
- If the goods are damaged, the wrong item, or not working properly, the shop pays for return shipping.
- If you are returning them because you changed your mind, you pay for return shipping.
Refunds
Once the goods are back and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Card and UPI refunds go back through Razorpay and appear according to your bank's timeline. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the buyer's name.
Delivery charges
The original delivery charge is refunded when the fault is ours — wrong item, damaged, or not as described. It is not refunded when goods are returned because they are no longer wanted.
