Instagram terms of service

The service

If you comment on one of our Instagram posts with a keyword we have set up, we send you one direct message containing a link to the product or page you asked about. The message is sent by our website on our behalf, using Meta's Instagram API. Nothing else is posted, sent, or read.

What you agree to

• By commenting with a keyword you are asking us to send you that one message. You can stop it by deleting your comment before the reply is sent.
• You will not use the comments on our posts to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, or to try to make the reply send something it should not.
• You are at least 13 years old, or the age Instagram requires in your country, whichever is higher.

What we promise, and what we do not

• One reply per comment, at most, and only within the seven days Instagram allows.
• The link in the reply points at this website. Prices and availability are as shown on the page at the time you open it, not at the time of the reply.
• The reply is provided as it is. It may be delayed or not sent at all if Instagram's service, our server, or the keyword list is unavailable. A missed reply creates no obligation on us; the shop is a phone call away.

Meta's terms

Instagram itself is provided by Meta Platforms under Meta's own terms of use, which continue to apply to you and to us. Nothing here changes them. Our use of the Instagram API is subject to Meta's platform terms and developer policies.

Changes

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. The version in force is the one published when a reply is sent.
